My Inspiration
Harry Styles is my fitness inspiration, because he does many types of workouts to stay fit. Not only is he my fitness inspiration, but is someone who inspires me. Harry Styles is a band mate from One Direction and works out daily to keep in shape. Harry is not only good at singing, but is also good at maintaining his workout. He has a personal trainer, Mark Jarvis, who trains Harry different workout routines to keep his body healthy. Since his singing career has been taking off he wants a perfect body for his image, so he decided to hire Mark to help him along the way. Harry Styles Workout Routine Harry Styles has many different workout routines taught by his trainer Mark Jarvis. He works out twice a day, with a morning session and an evening session. One of Harry's routines is weight lifting, which increases muscle strength and burns extra calories. Harry also works out on the treadmill, which includes a walk-jog workout and sprints. When on the treadmill, he mixes up his routine with a sprinting and walking workout. He does a total of 45 minutes on the treadmill. Another one of Harry's training sessions is boxing, which include two sessions of martial arts. After he is done training, he takes an ice bath twice a day to relieve of his strained muscles. Not only does he workout to be fit, but also eats healthy. He drinks daily doses of green tea and eats sushi and fish. While he is on stage and moving constantly, he burns calories and drinks a lot of water, to keep hydrated. Why Harry Styles Inspires Me Harry Styles inspires me because he is dedicated to achieving his goal of a fit body. He does many workout routines to reaching his goal. To hiring a trainer, workout routines, and a healthy eating lifestyle, he is reaching his goal. He inspired me to workout daily in school and at home. I want to be like him because he has his whole life set ahead of him by never giving up in himself. By him not giving up on his goals, I am not going to give up on mine. |
